Availability and easy access
We provide an ongoing relationship of support and guidance over an agreed period of time. We provide on-site discussion as well as phone contact as issues arise.

The RMG team consists of quality and highly experienced farmers all currently using sustainable farming practices, who are trained to help you build up your farming enterprise.
Your own personal farm guide
While all our team members have input – one team member is your principle contact who makes sure your needs are understood. Behind the scenes, the whole team’s resources and expertise are used to your advantage.
Our Service
We are flexible and the service is driven by your need and situation.
Different levels of service include:
1. The Full Service: involves assistance and guidance in all aspects of establishing and operating a sustainable, productive beef enterprise.
The full service includes:
- on-site farm visits at least monthly, through a 12 month production cycle.
- 7 days a week access by phone or email to address issues that arise.
- supply of information as you need it, specific to your needs.
2. Single Visit Service: involves two team members visiting on-site, with follow-up phone/email access to clarify issues discussed.
It is your choice what the focus and topics will be.
This service may be used to help you assess/review your current situation, and develop strategies for improvement.
A typical focus:
- improving productivity
- reducing costs
- improving pastures and grazing management
- increasing soil health and fertility
- current farm issues
3. Communication Service: Regular phone/email contact for 12 months. This service is used as a follow-up to our other services.
