RMG is a team of beef producers who, after coming from different professional backgrounds, have developed profitable, productive and sustainable enterprises. They take pride in their collective practical experience, and all are in the top 5% of beef producers in Victoria.

RMG Directors
Martin Vogel and Di Percy are passionate about achieving balance in their soils. They work to achieve optimum levels of minerals, humus, air and water in order to have extraordinary beef production.
Geoff & Jean Irvine’s approach to beef production is based on efficiency. The main driver is grazing efficiency – using rotational grazing and utilising more than 80% of pasture grown.
Rob and Caroline Gully use a scientific approach in all aspects of their enterprise. They emphasize the need for low cost beef production and advocate the productivity and biodiversity benefits of shelter belts.
RMG Associates are carefully selected for their hands-on experience, quality approach, and ability to work well with clients. They are top producers in their own right and RMG ensures they are up to date with new developments in farming practices.
